JHP and its affiliated private equity investors sponsor and participate as principals in buyouts, restructurings and development capital transactions. JHP is continually in the search for investment opportunities for its affiliated group of investors.

As part of these principal activities JHP provides investment monitoring, which usually consist of tracking the performance of specific investments by serving on the boards of portfolio companies and closely tracking performance against agreed upon financial and strategic benchmarks.
