Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures:

JHP provides corporate financial advice in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and leveraged buyouts between the United States, Latin America and Europe, with a special expertise in the Spanish and Latin America markets.

On the buy side, JHP provides client services, which encompass all phases of the acquisition process:

  • Searching and identifying acquisition targets

  • Approaching selected acquisition targets

  • Performing valuation of selected acquisition targets  

  • Negotiating purchase price and relevant agreements  

  • Coordinating the due diligence review  

On the sell side JHP will advise its clients in:  

  • Valuing the business to be sold

  • Identifying and approaching the best buyers, both domestic and foreign

  • Negotiating the terms of the sale

  • Negotiating and coordinating all relevant agreements
