Juan H. Pujol - Managing Director

Juan H. Pujol is the founder and President of JHP Enterprises, LLC.  In 2007 Mr. Pujol was Interim CEO of Michael Bianco, Inc., a Defense Contractor to the U.S. military with revenues of $45 million.  Mr. Pujol restructured the company and sold it to Eagle Industries, Inc.  Mr. Pujol for 2006 and 2007 also served as Managing Director of Scowal Investments Partnership, L.P., a private equity fund based in Dallas, Texas.  From 1999 to 2003 Mr. Pujol was Chief Executive Officer of JHP Entertainment, Ltd., a media and entertainment company, he founded in April 1999 focused on creating content for the Latin market. From April 1998 through February 1999 Mr. Pujol served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Impact Holdings, Ltd. and J. Michael Bloom and Associates, Ltd., New York’s largest commercial talent agency.   Before founding JHP Enterprises, LLC in 1988 Mr. Pujol had been employed for six years with Lloyds International Corporation, the merchant banking unit of Lloyds Bank Plc. in the U.S. where he headed their mergers and acquisitions group.  Prior to that he had worked for Bankers Trust for three years in different capacities.  Mr. Pujol graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Economic Geography, and from The Pennsylvania State University with a Masters in Business Administration in International Finance.  Mr. Pujol was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain.  Mr. Pujol is a member of The Association for Corporate Growth, the Latin Academy of the Recording Arts & Sciences and of the National Academy of the Recording Arts & Sciences.  Mr. Pujol has served as a Director of the Board of the Hispanic Organization of Latin Actors, “HOLA”.

Board of Advisors

Scott B. Walker is currently Chief Executive Officer of BillMatrix Corporation, an automated bill payment company employing both the Internet and the telephone.  Prior to TelePay, Mr. Walker served as President of one2one Capital Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of one2one Learning Foundation from July 1998 to February 1999. Both groups operated as a not for profit 501 (c) (3) engaged in operating charter schools, providing individualized curriculum programs to children not currently enrolled in public or private schools.  Mr. Walker remains involved with the one2one organization on a limited basis.  Mr. Walker served as Chief Financial Officer for Precept Business Services, a $200 million public company, from August 1996 to July 1998 and Chief Financial Officer for DirectNet Corporation from 1995 to August 1996.  Additionally, Mr. Walker previously served as Vice President in corporate finance with Lloyds Bank and GE Capital from 1984 to 1991 and Vice President with first Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank) from 1992 to 1995.  Mr. Walker holds a Graduate Degree in International Finance from Thunderbird (American Graduate School of International Management – AGSIM).
